Yard Work

Spring is here for today at least.  Brice and I got some yard work done.  Fortunately, my boys love being outdoors as much as Brian and I do.  During Rogan's nap Brice and I planted a few flowers and cut down all the pampas grass.  Things are starting to bloom around here and the daffodils are out...but it's Oklahoma and we're expecting snow this Saturday.

Grandparents

Several days this month have been spent with my parents.  We were in Texas for a weekend.  My parents arrived at our house Thursday and stayed last weekend. My mom will be back a week from today to stay with the boys while Brian and I are in Florida.  We have been having a lot of fun.

Grandpa made the boys their own table.

They played in Maggie's kennel.

Stomped on some bubble wrap.

Ate pizza.

We went to the home and garden show.

Rogan was not impressed.

Brice found a dinosaur for his room at the home and garden show.

Brian's parents will be here this weekend and the fun continues.  Lucky boys, they sure are loved by their grandparents.

Left In The Dust

I took the boys to the zoo today.  The weather was beautiful.  We packed a picnic and enjoyed the fresh air.  

I realized today, when Rogan struggled to get through the playground instead of looking to me for help...

he found his own way.  

Neither one of them need much help from their mom anymore. 

Nope, they're off and I'm left behind in a cloud of dust.
